[LOKER LOGISTICS MANAGER - IKEA BALI]

What you'll be doing day to day:
-Lead the store logistics team and work with the country in-store Logistics and the store commercial team to secure the highest goods availability for customers at all times and at the lowest posibble cost
-Secure the quality of products, merchandising, stock accuracy and customer shopping experience in the store. Secure correct usage of short and mid term capacity needs by creating operating capacity through space optimisation using available working methods and routines
-Work closely with the Sales and Supply Support team in CFU to secure a common short and mid term capacity plan by adjusting the supply to the store in order to maximize efficient logistics operations with the right balance in smooth incoming volume
-Ensure that the logistic team works in compliance with the IKEA code to conduct, internal IKEA regulations and local legislation relating to health, safety and security and the environment

We want you to be a person who:
-Understanding of budget, cost and key performance indicators and how to use them to plan, follow up and steer the bussiness. Also skilled in creating an efficient and cost-effective commercial performance
-Experience of working in a relail and/or logistics role, including previous management experience of leading others. You also have the ability to manage operational performance while considering tactical plans
-You have the ability to work a mix of day and during early and the late hours of the day
-Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English
-Based in Bali
